Rudi has a diverse background from a number of leadership positions in various aquaculture companies, spanning biotech, feed, genetics, and technology. Since 2006, he has worked in both small and large companies, Norwegian and international, within the global aquaculture market.

Rudi offers services in business development, documentation and development of specialized products, regulatory matters, production planning and execution, biosecurity plans, fish welfare, and fish health. He holds a Master’s degree in Aquamedicine (University of Bergen), a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management (NHH), and an Executive Master’s in Management (NHH) with a focus on business models. He is a member of the Norwegian Council for Animal Ethics for the 2023–2027 term, representing commercial animal husbandry – aquatic animals.  
 
In his free time, Rudi enjoys spending time in nature with family and friends. He is a passionate fly fisher and hunter who gladly shares his knowledge and expertise, whether from work or leisure. Feel free to reach out for an informal chat!
