Henrik has extensive experience in leadership roles within resource management and the seafood industry, with particular expertise in aquaculture, sustainable development, and good governance. He has worked at the intersection of science, industry, and politics, and has solid insight into both strategic and operational processes in the seafood sector.
Henrik assists companies with management processes and regulatory risk, framework conditions, scientific foundations and analysis, and the development of responsible business models. He holds a master’s degree in human geography from the University of Bergen, with a focus on political geography and sustainability.
